Procedure

1. Combine Phase A1 and mix well using a dispersing blade until smooth and uniform. 2. Premix Phase A2 using three roller mill and add to Phase A1 mixing well. 3. In a separate beaker, mix Phase B until the salt has dissolved. 4. Emulsify by adding Phase B to Phase A under low sheer (~700-1000rpm). Increase speed to ~1600rpm for 3 minutes.

Properties

Appearance - Medium beige cream. 24hr Viscosity - Brookfield Heliopath RV6, Speed 20, 1 min @ 25°C ~21,000-25,000cp. Stability: - 4°C, 25°C, 40°C, 50°C – 3 Months: Passed.
